Terrible! The car came out clean but there wasn't a single person there. When I tried to use the auto washer it charged my card three times for one wash! I called them and the number redirected me to the one in a completely different town, and when I told the guy what happened, he just said give me your number and I will have the owner call you. Still haven't heard anything from them, never going back.
I'm very unhappy with the service I received at Executive Car Wash. My Bug was in need of a good wash, and I paid for a Black Tie wash and service. Unfortunately, that was not the only thing I paid for. It was my first time there, and I felt that the staff treated me like I was stupid. I couldn't hear them half the time because the machines were so loud and they also had the music in one of the cars turned up REALLY loudly. Having customers feel stupid is NOT OKAY. I also paid for a hand dry and for my windows to be cleaned, that apparently did NOT happen. Parts of my car were still wet and my windows still had streaks. I had also paid for a vacuum of my interior, which apparently meant leaving marks on my leather seats from their shoes and other gear. Grease is very hard to get out of leather, even more irritating when you get it back from being cleaned. Lastly, I went to drive my car away from executive after this experience, and they left the emergency break on my car. My car is an automatic, and frankly, I don't see the need to use an emergency break when it's not on a hill and the car is also off. This furthermore made me feel belittled. I felt that the staff was laughing at me because of my apparent stupidity. Needless to say, I most likely will not be going back to Executive to get my car washed. I can do it to just the same quality by myself.
